All meals are freshly prepared plant-based vegetarian, using biodynamic produce from the farm — nourishing your body and spirit.

The retreat takes place on a quiet country farm, surrounded by forest and open fields — a perfect environment for rest, silence, and inner reflection. Easily accessible by train (Henna station) and about a 50-minute drive from Helsinki.

I'm a yoga teacher and wellness coach offering hybrid sessions—online and in-person—that help people reconnect to themselves in simple, meaningful ways.
Rooted over 1600 hours of training and real-life experience, my work blends movement, breath, nervous system support, and mindset coaching. Clients often say it’s not just about how they move—but how they feel, live, and show up differently.

Her journey into therapeutic singing grew from a desire to support emotional healing and self-expression, both in her own life and in the lives of others. Terhi believes that the voice is a profound tool for release, connection, and inner harmony. In her sessions, she gently guides participants to discover their authentic sound, encouraging self-acceptance and deep presence.

I am a Breathe to Rebirth -facilitator, a hatha yoga teacher and a nature connection instructor. I hold retreats and other spiritual and wellness events where the purpose is to gently and energetically support and strengthen connection to the heart chakra and higher self. I also channel light
language, a high frequency love and light energy.
Breathe to Rebirth is a breathing method that uses breathing to help release fears and traumas from the body in a loving way. I may also use intuitive touch and words to support the breathing journey.
